We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to join our fast-growing marketing team. You will be a key player in building websites and landing pages for high caliber DTC startups, working alongside an experienced team of marketers, designers, project managers and more.

Responsibilities
What you'll do
  • Build highly performant websites and landing pages for early stage startups
  • Create CMS collections, symbols, and other Webflow components
  • Ensure the user experience is highly responsive and optimized for mobile
  • Work with the marketing team to execute tactical changes that increase conversion rates using tools like Google Optimize
  • Help build strategic, long-term systems, workflows and components to maximize efficiency

How you’ll work at Lantern
  • 3+ years experience working with Webflow (including blogs)
  • Expert level experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Expert in Webflow setup, design, interactions & animations
  • Experience with Finsweet Client First, Relume Library or Webflow frameworks
  • Ability to work alongside our design team and project managers to craft beautifully designed websites from Figma to Webflow
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience integrating 3rd party systems and APIs a major plus
  • Experience working with complex animations (i.e. Lottie, SVG) a plus
  • Experience working with Webflow ecommerce a plus
  • Experience working with martech (i.e. Google Tag Manager, Facebook pixel, Google Ads conversion tags) a plus
