We are looking for a customer-obsessed marketer with deep experience in DTC brand storytelling content strategy, and performance-oriented creative to help us drive full-funnel growth for our clients. 

The Integrated Marketing function at Lantern sits at the intersection of brand, product, and growth marketing. We work closely with our clients to deeply understand their product and the functional and emotional value it delivers to consumers. 

Then, we craft relevant, resonant, direct-response messaging to communicate this value proposition to their target market, ensuring consistent and compelling implementation across the entire marketing funnel. 

You will be responsible for translating high-level strategy into tactical copy and creative that converts — primarily websites, paid ads, and emails — turning brand narratives and consumer insights into messaging that inspires action. 

This role is a perfect fit for a seasoned marketer looking to expand their breadth of experience. You might be a brand or product marketer looking to expand your growth marketing expertise, or a channel marketing expert eager to inform creative strategy across entire integrated campaigns. 

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Integrated Marketing and collaborate closely with Lantern’s best-in-class growth leaders and talented creative team. You’ll also work directly with the Founders and CEOs of today’s leading DTC digital health and consumer brands, helping them reach, convince, and convince new customers to  grow their businesses. 

Responsibilities
  • Build foundational brand messaging frameworks for new clients, leveraging competitive research and consumer insights.
  • Build website content strategies, combining insights from the brand messaging framework with CRO / UX best practices to build website landing pages that speak effectively to customers and convert. Then, work closely with Lantern design and development partners to lead these new websites through production.
  • Lead the lifecycle marketing strategy development for new client email / sms flows that are designed to nurture leads to become customers and keep new customers engaged, retained and referring.
  • Build creative briefs for paid social ads, influencers, lead magnets, landing pages and other sales enablement materials, directing writers, ad designers and influencers through production to create effective, on-brand assets.
  • Support the Lantern leadership team with select projects to build the Lantern brand externally, including owning linkedin content strategy, sales enablement materials (webinars, tear-sheets, overview decks), and developing new case studies.
  • Support senior growth leaders in managing client relationships
Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in brand / integrated / content, product marketing, or growth marketing 
  • Experience with direct-response websites 
  • Experience analyzing data to assess the performance of various strategies 
  • Experience working with startups
  • Experience writing concise, performative, and on-brand consumer-facing copy
  • Experience in DTC businesses required; health and wellness experience preferred
  • Strong customer-empathy and client management / communication skills 
  • Strong project management, attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small mentality
  • Skilled at managing multiple ongoing projects and priorities
