Marketing Designer
About the job
We are looking for a Marketing designer to design high-performing creative assets for DTC brands.
Responsibilities
- Translate brand guidelines and tone of voice into high-quality design.
- Translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mock-ups to engage with stakeholders, get input and iterate
- Design high-quality visual assets in a variety of formats across digital marketing channels, particularly digital ads (static and video; social and other ad formats) and email marketing.
- Collaborate with growth marketers to test and improve assets.
- Come up with design ideas and asset concepts baked on briefs and business needs
Qualifications
- 3-7 years professional experience in graphic design at a brand or creative agency
- Experience designing across multiple formats and channels, based on a marketing brief and business objectives; experience with Facebook / Instagram / Tiktok required
- BA or BFA in Graphic Design preferred
- High proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign
- Strong sense of composition, typography, and color
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Illustration, animation, photography, videography, and/or UI/UX experience a plus
