We are looking for a talented, production-minded Ad Designer to join Lantern’s growing creative team. This is a rare opportunity to own the visual engine behind some of the most exciting DTC health brands in the country, designing paid social ads that stop the scroll, earn the click, and drive real results.

You’ll be responsible for producing best-in-class paid social creative at scale — across UGC-style content, animation, and static formats — working hand-in-hand with our creative strategists and media buyers. This role is as much about throughput as it is about craft. You know how to move fast, iterate quickly on feedback, and maintain quality even when the volume is high.

Responsabilities
  • Design paid social creative across UGC, animation, and static ad formats — primarily for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, with additional formats as needed.
  • Produce scroll-stopping, conversion-focused ads that reflect each brand’s identity while adhering to platform best practices.
  • Work from creative briefs to concept, execute, and deliver polished assets at speed — managing multiple clients and concurrent workstreams simultaneously.
  • Collaborate closely with creative strategists and media buyers to understand performance data, apply learnings, and iterate on what’s working.
  • Leverage AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI, or similar) to increase creative velocity, generate visual elements, and close production gaps.
  • Rapidly incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients, turning revisions around quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Maintain and build out organized asset libraries, templates, and component systems to support scalable creative production.
  • Stay current on paid social trends, platform formats, and emerging ad styles — bringing fresh ideas and references to the team proactively.
Qualitifactions
  •  2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a meaningful portion focused on paid social or performance creative.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality paid social work — including UGC-style content, motion/animation, and static ads across Meta and TikTok.
  • High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere Pro), and CapCut or equivalent video editing tools.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI design tools to increase productivity — you’re not just AI-aware, you’re actively AI-enabled.
  • Proven ability to work at scale: you can produce high volumes of on-brand, on-brief creative without letting quality slip.
  • Strong sense of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy — especially in the context of mobile-first, feed-native ad formats.
  • Comfortable working directly from briefs and translating strategic direction into visual concepts quickly.
  • Experience designing for DTC health, wellness, or consumer brands is a strong plus.
  • BA or BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.

  • Genuinely excited about health, wellness, and the brands you’re helping grow.
