About the job
We are looking for a driven, relationship-obsessed Creator Partnerships Associate to join Lantern's growing team. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of creator marketing and performance — helping us identify, recruit, and onboard the world's best UGC creators on behalf of our DTC health clients.
You'll work across a number of exciting clients, partnering closely with our creative strategists to source creators who can produce high-performing content, get them contracted, and ensure they're brilliantly briefed and set up for success. Your north star: build out the strongest, most battle-tested roster of UGC creators in the DTC health space.
This role is a perfect launchpad for someone passionate about creator marketing, content, and the growing world of performance-driven UGC — with real career upside in creative strategy and performance marketing as you grow in your role.
- Source and recruit UGC creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) for a portfolio of DTC health clients — matching the right creators to the right briefs
- Own the end-to-end creator contracting process: outreach, negotiation, agreements, briefing and onboarding, ensuring creators are set up and ready to produce, while testing new AI tools and agents to improve your process.
- Partner with Lantern's creative strategists to brief creators clearly and compellingly, translating campaign strategy into actionable, inspiring content direction
- Build and maintain a high-quality roster of top-performing UGC creators across categories, tracking performance data and continuously refining who makes the cut
- Monitor creator content quality and deliverables, flagging issues early and ensuring clients receive content on time and on brief
- Identify emerging creator talent and new platforms, keeping Lantern and its clients ahead of trends in the creator economy
- Maintain organized systems (databases, trackers, pipelines) for creator sourcing, outreach, contracts, and performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media and strategy teams to inform creator selection based on what performs in-market
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, talent management, creative strategy, or a similar role (internship experience is OK)
- Demonstrated ability to source and vet creators — you know what good UGC looks like and what makes it perform
- Experience managing creator or influencer contracts and negotiations (or a strong desire to learn quickly)
- Exceptional written communication skills — you can write a compelling creator outreach message and a crystal-clear brief
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; you can manage multiple pipelines across multiple clients without dropping the ball
- Total familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and the broader creator landscape; you live and breathe content
- Experience in DTC or consumer health brands is a plus, but not required
- A no-task-too-small attitude — you're comfortable doing hands-on work while also thinking strategically about how to build something great
- A people person who can build genuine relationships with creators at scale
- Obsessed with content — you know what’s trending on Tiktok this week, and have a razor sharp eye for what resonates and what doesn't
- Scrappy and resourceful: you find creative ways to identify and land great creators, even without a big budget
- Reliable and organized — you have a high say/do ratio and your teammates can count on you
- Data-curious: you use performance metrics to inform creator selection and roster decisions
- Excited to work in a fast-moving agency environment, supporting multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously while helping some of the most innovative DTC health startups grow
- Collaborative by nature — you can work well with creative strategists, account leads, and clients alike
